Believe it or not,  some lawyers do stuff for free.  We do.

According to the National Institutes of Health, an estimated 30.8 million American adults (14.8 percent) meet standard diagnostic criteria for at least one personality disorder as defined in the American Psychiatric Association’s Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-Fourth Edition (DSM-IV). This estimate is based upon the results of the 2001-2002 National Epidemiologic Survey on Alcohol and Related Conditions (NESARC) reported in the Journal of Clinical Psychiatry [Volume 65:948-958].

Personality disordered abusers can be male or female, spouses, supervisors, co-workers, relatives or significant others. Frequently they are people with whom the victim has a close personal association, and because of that association they have the ability to do a vast amount of damage to someone with whom they are in conflict.  Almost always the conflict is in the abuser’s mind, so the attack appears to come out of nowhere and takes the victim by surprise. These persons are mentally ill. They are  dangerous, and will,  without hesitation, engage the law enforcement and the judicial system with false allegations  to do everything possible to destroy their victim’s reputation and credibility. John Loeschen has extensive experience with these situations and can assist those who are victimized by  a personality disordered spouse, significant other or family member.

If you are in this situation please contact the firm, we are here to help.
The Loeschen Law Firm also assists, at no charge, congregations and church leadership in resolving and mediating disputes within the church and with non-members. Many church issues can be resolved with the help of an objective third party who understands ecumenical bylaws which apply to church doctrine,  and with the firm’s extensive experience in mediation and arbitration of labor disputes, after conducting an extensive fact finding process, there is often enough common ground between the parties that the dispute can be resolved.

The Firm does other things free of charge as well.  If you have a problem and it isn’t one of those listed here, call anyway.  If we can’t help we will get you on track and in touch with someone who can.
